I went in for an alignment and was really clear on my concerns that the camber needed adjusted and she said ok. When the car got done I was then told they couldn't adjust the camber cause it needed special tools. This could've been said before the alignment was completed. I just wasted 100 dollars on something I'm going to have to spend money on again. I watched the tech look for the adjustments before he did the toe adjustments. I would like to have a manager call me at 719-468-4856

I had my tire repaired somewhere else. The tire was repairable. Your staff was just trying to get me to buy more tires. Never going back there again

Get more knowledgeable managers. Don't sell a warranty then try and charge the person for the replaced tire and balancing

This Big O location has been incredibly slow each time I have had work done here. They don't ever look busy when I am there. Many bays are always open and waiting area / parking lot are empty.

Lack of communication and knowledge from the manger and her staff cost me time and money. An attempt to lie and charge me for a part that was later admitted to have been broken by the mechanic. Was told would be credit for unnecessary battery and was not even adjusted. I want to be refunded or speak to corporate

I have visited this location 3 times. 1st visit -- location too busy to perform alignment so I scheduled my 2nd visit. 2nd visit -- I was the first person in line when location opened, however the person checking me in was slow and the person 2 or 3 people behind me got their alignment before I did, despite my having an appointment and being first in line. 3rd visit (this visit) -- Had an appointment, location was empty when I arrived, still was told an alignment would take 2 hours. 2 hours later my car still hadn't been moved or worked on, even though no cars were on the alignment rack for at least an hour and a half. I was told that my car was forgotten about after 2 hours. 2.5 hour service with an appointment isn't acceptable.

Make sure the hood is latched. Don't break parts on the vehicle and not tell the owner

I took my truck in at 9:00am due to getting a flat the night before that was replaced with the spare that is stored under the truck cab. I bought 4 new tires. I was told it would be ready within the hour. After an hour went by I received a call stating a censor needed replaced and it would take an additional hour, I explained that was fine and asked that they place the spare back under the truck cab, which the representative stated they would do. I called at 12:00 to check on the status and was told it would be done within the hour. Around 2:30 I called to complain and was told they now has they truck ready for an alignment that would be an additional $90.00 and would take about another 40 minutes. I could not allow the additional time due to already being late to a work event and trusting it would get done in that timeframe provided. I picked up the truck and when I was on the road noticed that a tire was just left in the back of the truck cab, I called into the store, the representative had to put me on hold to find out if the tire in the cab was the damaged one or spare.
