Big O Tires

Was not told up front how long tire rotation would take untill I asked, it was a 2 hrs wait I left the car there, but I all asked for an oil change but they forgot, that is what got me upset how ever service was done for tires ...

The price I paid for my tires was reasonable not a great bargain

It just took longer than I thought. Had I known that up front I would have left and came back. I had a child with me and she was getting antsy.

Big O was unable to perform the alignment. It seems like they could have put some effort into it. The dealership has no idea what the problem Big O had. Frustrating.

Long wait time upon arrival. 10 to 15 minutes

People were very nice. I understand it was grand opening. But I was there at8:25am and it took till 11:15 to get oil change done. It should not take that long

Please don’t pressure newly widowed women and/or women in general to do extras not needed. My brakes have not squealed since we bought the vehicle. That is deceptive customer service. Please make sure your employees are not doing this.

The rotation of the tires were not done properly and when I left the sight low tire pressure came up on my vehicle , so iam guessing tire pressure wasn't checked eather. I watched through the window.

Listen to the customer when they give simple instructions. As I made it clear to call me as soon as the quote was put together so I could get approval. 4 hours later I called just to be told they are waiting on approval.
