I watched the service employees riding an old broken chair in the garage while the manager was in his office on his cell phone. The service employee dropped off my invoice on one desk and the customer service employee was three desks away. I waited ten minutes and finally told the customer service employee my vehicle was ready.

Be more professional. Both females I encountered were not professional when recommendations were made and I said that's not accurate. I had just had some services done on my vehicle. She put her hands in the air and said I don't know I'm just telling you what my master service tech said, she was not knowledgeable. And because he is a master service tech, I would go with what he says

Big O tires should call the customer if they are running late with appointments. Courtousy call would have been appropiate.

Was told tires were in stock, then put off stock. Was told price would be ~$900 ended up paying over $1200. Was not told service would be more than initial quote. Was told to come back tomorrow for a alignment because they were trying to close and go home, upon return they tried to charge me for this service that should’ve been included with the purchase of 4 new premium tires. Employees were unable to give an estimated wait time, seemed confused the entire check in, gave me back my vehicle with 26psi in one tire and 38psi in the rest they almost forgot to put the spare back in and got my vehicle wrong on the paperwork 3 separate times, Honda accord Honda civic then kia forte even though I had scheduled online with correct vehicle info and even spoken to employee and corrected him when he said wrong vehicle. This whole situation was a mess I’m honestly surprised they managed to get the tires on the vehicle.

i like big o and this store. caleb and dallas are very good. had my oil changed and the next day my engine protector came lose. they took care of the problem but after taking 2 hours to get my tires rotated and oil changed i wasn't pleased i had to return

I will likely never return, if I do it will not be to this location. Maybe provide the services like alignment when it states it on the quote and service paper.
