2 things. First I scheduled an appointment for tires that had to be ordered. Upon arrival was told they were not there yet even though was told they would be by that time. Upon delivery of the car following tire installation the techs had installed the wrong tire on the front (2 different tire/rim sizes front and back) causing the tire and rim to rub the strut, leaving small gouges inside the rim. The mistake should have been obvious by the noise made in just slowly rolling forward. The tech stated “ no one told me they were different.” The salesman was very helpful and apologetic and remedied the problem but made no offer of accommodation for the mistake. This could easily have ruined the new tire, the rim and the strut if I had left the facility that way.

I had an alignment done at the recommendation of the associate I said yes as I had purchased tires and did not want them to wear prematurely. The alignment was not done correctly my steering wheel is not straight and the vehicle pull to the right, now I have to have an alignment done, which is another cost out of my pocket and time.

I made and appt for a wed but had to change to thurs. Called to see if i could be there earlier than scheduled name verified and told that would be fine. I show up only to be told the store did not have my tires. Which they should have had since my original appt was tues. i reschedule for that day more. I arrive at my appt. Then I was told they had to order my oil filter which again they should’ve had…I updated the oil filter was received shouldn’t be much longer. I finished and left. Later that evening wax when I noticed the life was still 15% and the old oil change was still there. Not sure what do. I am not sure they changed my oil especially how fast I was in and out. Arrived 915 and out at 1030.

I was given an estimate on struts and shocks for 1,000. When I asked if I could speak with the mechanic who serviced my vehicle I was told that he was gone for lunch, then never called me to answer my questions. Therefore what Big O can do is get better customer service that is truthful and make sure to answers for custom3rs.

I went in for an alignment and was really clear on my concerns that the camber needed adjusted and she said ok. When the car got done I was then told they couldn't adjust the camber cause it needed special tools. This could've been said before the alignment was completed. I just wasted 100 dollars on something I'm going to have to spend money on again. I watched the tech look for the adjustments before he did the toe adjustments. I would like to have a manager call me at 719-468-4856

I had my tire repaired somewhere else. The tire was repairable. Your staff was just trying to get me to buy more tires. Never going back there again
