Big O Tires

It is highly unlikely that I will have another experience at Big O, I ordered online and made an appointment online, when I arrived to drop off my vehicle I waited for a very long time then I was told they didn't have the tires I ordered on site and couldn't get them there today, they could however have some other tires delivered sameday they were of course more expensive and no rebates, but I went ahead and ordered 2 instead of 4 tires and confirmed the oil change and alignment specials were available he said they were, so I dropped off the keys, 8 hours later I got a call saying it was ready, arrived shortly after and waited another half hour for delivery and checkout, I was charged more than quoted for the tires and they added extras I didn't ask for, I got charged full price for the oil change and I have greasy handprints all over my car, this .ay be a legal matter, please contact me to resolve this asap!
