I had several associates help me out and they were all really good, friendly and knowledgeable. Chad was great at explaining options and really took his time with me even though the shop was really busy! My only issues were the pricing and wait time, i guess i just dont see why things are so expensive nowadays but this is the times. But the time to wait was kind of ridiculous, i showed up to the tire center around 1:30pm, was shown options, picked what i wanted and was told it wouldnt be long even though i explained i was on my lunch hour. i waited about 30 mins and asked about how long it would be, the associate told me i was next but my lunch hour was already almost up, so i tole them id just leave my car get a ride to work and come back. I showed back up around 4pm and my car still was not done for tires and alignment. I ended up waiting till about 4;50pm for them to be done.
