Big O Tires

I received a coupon on my Kroger grocery receipt for tires. Not thinking I needed tires I did stop by the new location to have my tires balanced. After inspection I found out my current tires were 8 years old (per DOT marking) and unserviceable. While there was still a few thousand miles of tread life the friendliness pf staff and the tire coupon just made sense to get new tires, balanced and alignment completed. Service was very quick.

The staff was SO nice and funny. They were quick to get my car back, and did my oil change in a timely manner. They also notified me that I would need new tires soon as well as an alignment. But they did so without trying to over sell the work to me. I thought that was nice because I didn’t feel pressured. I will definitely return due to the kindness and honesty of the staff!

It was a fast and efficient process that didn't leave me confused. I also received good advice about cars from a friendly professional.
