Stayed overnight to go to six flags, black lady that works at night was very rude and didn't even get out of her chair to help us. I also left behind 2 items and I called and they said they were not there and I'm 100% sure they are.

I was there for a conference and the hotel needs to be updated a little bit.

From the lobby to the room was great. Staff was pleasant as well. But ceiling in the bathroom is very low.
