It was unfortunate that even though we're platinum members, the concierge room was already full and had to stay on the lower level. The breakfast at the concierge lounge wasn't good. Lack of foods. We've had positive experiences at this hotel before and since then, we've always stayed at this hotel every time we visit Atlanta. Hopefully, this visit was the only time they did wrong. Will have to go back and check again;)
