Hand and Stone

It was my first massage and it was great. I have a physically demanding job and it helped so much. I was so relaxed when it was over: I even signed up for the monthly program!

The waiting room was very inviting - comfortable chairs, reading material, etc. The "quiet room" was just what I needed - total relaxation! My massage was managed in a very close time span - I had to be in at another location at a specific time. That was managed with ease.

I was greeted promptly and taken to a relaxing waiting area, where I didn't have to wait long at all. The facial I received was wonderful and professional. Checkout was quick and friendly.

The spa had a relaxing and clean environment. I enjoyed the tranquility room while I wanted for my massage therapist. While I would have preferred more pressure, overall I was highly satisfied with Luna, the massage therapist. She was wonderful!

I've always been completely satisfied at my Hand & Stone location. I usually call for my appt because sometimes I'm not clear online and they always take care of me! I love being a member- makes me feel good knowing I'm in good hands and my questions are answered.

I come for therapy and not relaxation. Chelsi(Spelling) does an outstanding job in working my problem areas. Truthfully, I could care less about the ambiance, lighting, etc…. This has been more effective in treating my aching back than any PT, shots, pharm, chiro, tens, etc that I have tried.

I have had issues with my right shoulder and arm. After the massage, my pain is gone and I have full range of motion! I felt totally relaxed after the session and I look forward to my next massage. Massage therapy worked and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I have enjoyed each of my appointments. I love that you have later availability as I work 8-12 hour days. I have recommended Hand and Stone to several people already!

There was a hiccup when I try to check in for my massage. This massage was given to me as a Christmas present. I had a printed gift certificate, and however, left it at home. The receptionist worked very hard to find who, where and when the certificate was purchased and she did. Everything turned out well. I was very satisfied with my overall visit.
