Hand and Stone

This was my second visit to Hand and Stone. The first time for a massage, the second time for a facial. I absolutely loved both. The facility is so clean and relaxing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am enjoying my membership which actually makes me book a service, when normally I would not on a regular basis.

Receptionist staff very genuine and friendly. Therapist also genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. She did exactly what I asked for.

Very nice. Since I'm retired, the 'promo' cost was doable, but we can only stretch$$$$$ so far. Very nice experience.

Michelle was very knowledgeable, caring, and displayed great customer service skills. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I found the facility decor very soothing upon arrival. Relaxing music was playing. I was offered flavored or non flavored water while awaiting the minute or so for my aesthetician.

I was warmly graded when I arrived, and the desk person offered a glass of water or coconut water. The office is beautifully decorated. They aesthetician was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel very much at ease. Overall, it was very enjoyable experience.

Michelle is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing muscle groups and targeting the right areas for pain relief.

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and inviting. My massage therapist was very effective and made me feel at ease.

The receptionist were very friendly. The massage therapist came out to get me on time and was very friendly. Once my massage was over, I had a facial. The esthetician was wonderful. My skin felt so good and I was so relaxed when I left
