Therapist was 10 min late to start but finished on time

Some confusion on cost of add on service. Didn't notice much improvement after the treatment. My husband signed us up for memberships to have couple massages. Requested an appointment a week out for a special occasion and could not get an appointment due to lack of two massage therapists available. Was told to pick another date and call back and they would see if they could work us in. Really?

The appointment seems shorter than the stated time.

I arrived at 12:45. Checked and sat in the calming room. My massage therapist did not come and get me until 1:08 & ended my massage at 1:55. I thought because they checked me into my room late they would make up the time but they did not.

The therapist is not skilled enough to be caring for patrons spending $70/mth for a massage. She needs more experience in asking for clients needs, meeting those needs and using pressure beyond a light stroke.

It was my first visit. I'd prefer to experience another visit before ranking these areas higher.

Not deep tissue as requested. Therapist very nice . I will certainly come back but pick a different therapist.

I felt that something was missing on the session, I love having massages.

I understand the therapist has to ask certain questions in the beginning of your massage which takes away some of your massage time. But I don't think that your massage time should be impacted by cleanup and prep following another customer's massage. The previous few times that I have received massages at your location I was pleased with the amount of time that was actually spent on my massage. However, during this visit, my massage barely lasted 45 minutes. I do not feel this is a good value for my money. However, my massage therapist presented with good customer service and therapy skills.
