El Pollo Loco

Great coupon!

I love El Pollo Loco and have always had a good hot fresh tasty meal. My last trip, which I believe to be a corporate store, was gravely disappointing. The tortillas were cold n hard. The rice was had obviously been reheated or sitting to long on the steam table but still not warm at all. The Mac n Cheese was cold. Not the same hot fresh food I am accustomed to at El Pollo Loco. The chicken was hot but a little dry. I will go back but not to that location.
