Dakota was amazing! The receptionist at the front was welcoming. The only thing I wish is that there was a separate area to wait and relax. I have been going to Spavia in Strongsville and they have lockers to change into robes and slippers, a dark waiting area with drinks, and neck warmers to allow you to sit and relax before or after your services. While the front of the store is bright and welcoming, it’s just not super relaxing.

I enjoyed my massage. Stewart did a great job. I’ll definitely be back.

I booked a last minute appointment deal, I think that’s a great option. It fit my schedule that day. The therapist I had was great, he was so relaxing but also worked on the areas I asked. I will definitely be booking another appointment with him.

The facility was so very clean, everywhere. The receptionist was helpful in filling out the intake forms. The massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly.

My massage therapist was great. I came in for a massage I desperately needed after dealing with tension headaches for 2 straight months after a concussion and neck injury. She helped loosen so much of the tension and focused exclusively on my neck, head, shoulders, and back. The following day was the first time I've woken up without a tension headache in over two months. I'll be back in 2 weeks and then monthly afterwards to keep up with this care!

Victoria has given me 3 facials and every one of them have been excellent. She answers my questions and communicates with me about my skin. The staff at the front desk are always kind, helpful and attentive. I’m a Club Pilates member, which is two doors away from Hand & Stone, which makes it super convenient and less stressful for me.
