Clean space. Displays looked nice. Staff was all smiling and friendly. Unique buzzer on massage table is nice - although I didn't see it or feel it- maybe the therapist should make sure the client feels it. Maybe consider selling Hand and Stone Branded massage oil, candles, curated gift baskets that are a combination of products, promotional products, and services. Maybe offer spa water, or tea, or sparkling water,
