Big O Tires

Darion was exceptional in getting a great tire - the warehouse had sent the wrong tire to begin with- he made a point to send a driver to get the right tire. I ended up with a better tire that was highly recommended by Darion with a higher mileage to the tire

I thought the team was nice & kept me informed.

The people working there were friendly and willing to show me the different prices and warranty on each of the different tires. I told them my concerns because where I live and the tough winter storms we get. They ended up selling me the Big O Legacy AS Plus. I love how they grip the road and how quiet they are on the pavement.

I have been going to Big O for over 30 years, they have always been very honest with me on recommending new tires or repairs. Their prices are very competitive, so you get the great service with that from them. Sebastian Brown at the Kaysville, Utah store helped me purchase some great all weather tires. It feels like I'm driving a new car.

My emergency tire replacement got done as soon as I brought my car in. It was completed in the time they said it would be so I could get my grandkids picked up and dropped off on time for their Lego camps.

This Big O’ Tires is so great that I go out of my way to see them a couple of towns over. I never feel pressured or taken advantage of and they are extremely helpful and kind. I cannot recommend them enough. Customer service is 10/10 and their work is always quality.

Happy with willingness to use ramps instead on using jack, that could damage trailer.

I checked in and had great service when I needed my oil changed and tires rotated the services were done in a timely manner and got great customer service.
