Big O Tires

Even though there was an unexpected need for a new tire. The staff was friendly and gave a good explanation of why they couldn't fix the tire causing the need for a new tire. And was good to call as soon as they got the tire. They were quick to put the tire on.

I worked with Jeff and he was awesome! I'm in the middle of a divorce and he explained everything to me, since buying tires is a new thing for me. He seriously was the absolute best!

I was on time for my appointment and they started right away. They double checked the tire type I had chosen. They kept me informed as they progressed.

Jeff was great! I had made an appointment via your official website for some snow tires, however when i arrived i was told that the website incorrectly had stated they were in stock and in reality they were not. I was offered comparable tires and a discount for the inconvenience, I hope they continue to provide great customer service. Overall was a great price for quality snow tires. Thank you!

I have always trusted Big O, they don't try to sell me anything I don't need. With my current car I stopped going to the dealership because they were rude and tried to sell me the filter for the cabi. 2 months after i had already purchased one. When my transmission went out Tim Dahle tried telling me it happened because I had Big O do all of my service. Not true, its because they have faulty transmissions. I will always go to Big O.

Communication from the staff is excellent. Service is quick. I have never had an issue with the Kaysville Big O.

I came the day before to have my car checked for admissions and to do the annual registration. I arrived an hour before closing and I was told that the mechanic had just left. It would have been nice to know that emissions close an hour before the store does.
