Didn't go inside

Had a free coupon from the diamondback game and went inside to make sure I could use it before I filled up four drinks. The clerk said no problem. I got my drinks and went to the clerk. He said it wouldn't take them. I said I don't want the drinks. He said just put them over here. At that point they were no good and he should have comped my drinks - very disappointing!!!
