The scheduling process was quick and simple. Staff were knowledgeable and work was performed in a timely fashion. I wasn’t able to make it to the store for pickup until 15 minutes after close and the staff waited for me.

I had a credit on my account that I didn't know about. BigO could have not said anything about it and BigO could have charge me for some work that I didn't need.

I was explained what was going to be done in detail and treated with respect. I came in thinking I would have to make an appointment then come back and wait like most other places. They got me right in and I applied for a big O credit card while I was there and was approved. It didn’t take very long and they called me up and said my work van was done. I will be bringing all my work vehicles and me and my wife’s personal vehicles here for sure.

I went in to take advantage of the buy 3 get one free tire sale. I chose my tires, and was given the total price covering everything detail over the phone, which was the price I paid. As my tires were being mounted, the techs noted a wheel stud and lug nut were missing on one of my wheels. (Something which was noted by another vendor in town 6 months ago, when I had my tires rotated by them, but there was no suggestion or offer to repair) Ryan pointed this out as " important " , the part was $ 12.00 and there would be no charge for labor. Indeed there was No Charge for labor on an 1.5 hour job! WONDERFUL SERVICE BIG O TIRES!!👍 You have my Business from now on..and Great Comeback from the Previous Owner.

Easy online appointment scheduling with good follow up via telephone. After going to another shop twice for an alignment and still having issues the staff at Big O got it right the first time.

I’ve been going to this Big O location since the late 1980’s. And nearly every visit has been positive. I’ve brought our vehicles in for all our automotive needs. This visit was no different. Very glad to see they have reopened.
