Easy online appointment scheduling with good follow up via telephone. After going to another shop twice for an alignment and still having issues the staff at Big O got it right the first time.

I’ve been going to this Big O location since the late 1980’s. And nearly every visit has been positive. I’ve brought our vehicles in for all our automotive needs. This visit was no different. Very glad to see they have reopened.

I returned for this visit because I was impressed with the service I received when I went for an oil change. Everyone that I spoke to there was very knowledgeable, helpful, and I felt they were very honest. I will go to Big O again.

This Big O location in the past has had some issues with the community and myself but under new ownership and new staff I believe this location will succeed in redeeming themselves in our town and myself. So far they have done everything they can to help me with my services. T, the store manager, went out of his way to explain a question I had after a service and made sure to check my problem and make sure everything was in check. I will keep returning to this store with my vehicles.
