Customer service was great. Experience was easy. Friendly atmosphere. Quick service.

The delivery truck with my tires was late.

My truck rolled into the rack at 9:55 am and was complete and ready to drive away at 11:50. This seemed a bit too long.

Miscommunication on sellers behalf.

I was satisfied with the solution they gave us after a minor start, because of the initial offer.

Waiting area dirty and the bathroom was extremely dirty..

If the service is taking longer then 1hr; should give clients a call with an update. Also there where items checked off as completed on the last page of the service report that obviously weren’t. Oil lamp never went off so checking that item as reset completed is false. New service sticker wasn’t given. Seeing this concerns me as what else was falsely reported as completed. The morning after the service my tire pressure sensor went off saying my tires are low on pressure and need service. This concerns me as Seeing that the report says it was checked.

The store was not clean and it smelled. The person who checked me in was on crutches and was in alot of pain and wasn't happy to be there. The auto technicians were very dirty and couldn't get my oil filter for my car right. It took two hours for an oil change and no one communicated to me there was a problem I just sat there for 2 hours. Also the bathroom was gross. Not a clean shop. I don't think I will return to this store.

Start on time of appointment. Don’t charge for allotment inspection when it wasn’t even done.

You need to be able to complete a four tire change in less than two hours and 45 minutes. They took the keys from me to begin work on my truck at 2:30, I was still there at a quarter after five waiting for my truck to get done.
