Big O Tires

Waited 3 hours for tire install.

Was quoted with a diagnostic fee of 59.99 in addition to refilling AC, brought in for refill Air conditioner. When I went in to pay and pick up vehicle was told ac unit needs to completely be replaced as it will not continue to stay cool, it will continually leak. This is after they had already refilled it and I had a bill for $271.00. With this diagnosis before the refill, I should have been notified of the problem before filling it.

First off there will not be a next experience! I was told it would take two hours after three and a half hours it was still not done. Finally when they pull it out of the Bay.I walk up to the counter and stand there.Being ignored for 5 minit's while i'm the only customer there. The associate only started talking to me after somebody else walked in just to get me out of the way. I explained that the vehicle was pulled out five minutes ago And I would like to leave. The associate says Then proceeds to help the people who walked up behind me. After Helping them, I ask again, did you get the paperwork? The associate says I don't know. Did they bring it up? I said, should I go back and get it myself?

Professionalism, transparency and honest work is needed at big o tires sonora california. They left a mess with radiator fluid all over my vehicle and it came back with missing bolts to my air filter housing to lock in place. They also didn't do a complete 22 point inspection because I checked the air filter it was completely bad. All black underneath the filter and bunch of debri. So they didn't notify me that. Hence did not do there job to the fullest.

I brought my care in for a tire rotation, which was free since I bought tires there a year ago. I was told that a rotation could not be done because I had bubbling on the front tires. I ask the associate to check the tires warranty and let her know that every time I have gotten my tires rotated. the office tells me there is something wrong when there is not. The associate called me back and said the manager said nothing was wrong with the tires! She then said that I needed new brakes, rotors and calipers. I was expecting to change the brakes and rotors, not the calipers. I had lost trust in your company so I brought my vehicle to a respected shop in town. He replaced my brakes and rotors and let me know the calipers were fine! After talking to a few people in this small town I learned that the reputation of Big O Tires is to lie to their customer about unneeded services. Big O tires estimate for service was $1,196.20. I paid $365 for what was needed at another shop. Shame on your practices. There are many stories of the same lies to your customers. I will tell as many people as I can about your lack of integrity.

Dropped truck off at 9:45 am, was promised car would be ready for pick up, told them I would be back at 3:30, truck tire service hadn't even by started until I got there at 3:05, had to wait another 90 minutes for them to complete service once I got there.
