Excellent experience with your entire team. I had a brake issue with our Jeep. We drove down to Ft Meyers from Boston to drop my daughter off at FGCU. Jonas, your senior mechanic was awesome and super helpful in explaining the issue and the resolution. Ben, your front desk manager was also super helpful and helped with all our needs. I had a wonderful experience at this Midas service station today from start to finish! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable! The service staff was so helpful in the oil change plus the nail they found in my front tire! I was in and out in no time after all service was completed in both a timely and economical manner! Great value and communication

Because the hood was not locked all the way. The hood was bouncing up and down, I couldn't drive over 60. I played with it I think I fixed it.
