I appreciate having options in regards to the volume of the music, temperature of the room and similar details. kanoe is very professional and friendly, she managed the time very well.

Keisha is a friendly, informative esthetician, easy to work with and ask questions. She advises on what products might help my skin and gives samples to try before I buy the product. I trust her and her recommendations.

When asked about process during the facial, answers were one or two word responses, sometimes had to repeat question, when towels applied to face/chest, no warning and not very gentle Expected higher level of awareness that i wanted to know each time a new solution was applied

I’d like to see different types of massages available, like lomi lomi, and foot massages.

My email address is wrong on Hand and Stone’s computer system since the beginning and despite the receptionist saying multiple times that it’ll be fixed, it’s never fixed. So the app that I downloaded doesn’t work and I have no idea what my account balance is and how many reward points I have.

Massage experience was great and a good value. I appreciated the visit from the reception to the massage. Masseuse was very knowledgeable and talented.
