From scheduling the service to arrival to vehicle check-in to status updates to final completion and check-out, both associates (Jason Sando and Leslie Melland), as well as the service members provided very professional, knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. I appreciated the fact that Leslie took the time to explain to me what maintenance problem my vehicle is having and why they couldn't do the vehicle's alignment at this time. She provided me with a written estimate of parts and labor for a future visit. It is highly likely that I will return to this Big-O Tires - Canyon City for required future vehicle services again. I enjoyed speaking with both Jason and Leslie during my visit. They are both great employees who really take pride in their work; it is evident that both are passionate about their jobs and care for helping others.

The staff were professional, not just to me, but everyone that entered during my visit. The premises, including bathrooms, were clean. Service updates were regularly updated and communicated.

I came in near closing time with a nail in my tire. They were able to mount 4 new tires before they closed. I was very grateful for the staff!

Very pleased with the way they communicated with me about a problem with my car. I had service done at a dealership and they failed to check my coolant. It was extremely low and dirty. I am grateful that they did a through check of my car and found this problem and took care of it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Big O!
