I was disappointed that the shop couldn't/wouldn't offer a warranty on tires purchased when it was under another brand.

Alignment was not done properly.

I’m not likely to recommend Big O is because it is the first time I’ve experienced Big O. Overall too early for me to recommend the company despite all the positive reviews I’ve heard over radio and in person chats.

We asked for snow tires which were studdable. When they pulled they truck out and said it was finished the tires were installed but were not studded. We ended up waiting approximately 4 hours for this to be finished the way it should have been the first time. We did not have time to spare for this and it was really frustrating. Please have the tires ready to go correctly the first time.

No record of the appointment, tire light was on in my car after getting new tires, left and the balance is off and went back and was told they can get me in 4 days later.
