The workers are very friendly, the timing was very fast! They didn’t add things that didn’t need to be fixed like everywhere else does! They fixed what needed to be fixed and communicated everything very well

Ease of getting parts and timely manner of install

I had a slow leak went to the store and they go me in and fix in less than a half hour.

This is the second time I have been on the road out of state and been in a somewhat emergency situation, to where I have horses on board and one of my trailer tires has blown or in this case about to blow. Big O Tires (this location) is the only tire shop that knew the importance of having animals on board in hot temps and the urgency involved! Just as last time!
