Robert was extremely accommodating and informed. He was honest and made a meaningful recommendation which I took. This is been where I've taken all my vehicles for oil changes and they've been consistently top notch.

Making the appointment online was easy. I arrived shortly after the store opened and was greeted by the staff. My vehicle was quickly pulled into the bay. After the alignment, I was informed that a part needed to be replaced. Understanding the reason why I was there in the first place, it made sense. Again, repair was complete and I was on my way.

The staff were all very friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The 10% military discount is a great plus. My overall experience was satisfying.

Opened and pulled all contents in globe compartment and left it on the floor. Hand prints with oils left all on the car and inside with cleaning it out. No remorse when brought to his attention rather indicated that I left my stuff on the floor when my car was washed and well kept.

One of the bolts in the tire was loose the guy said it was already like that and I couldn't remember so I let it go but if it's loose the least he could have fix it. Also last time I went whoever was doing the tire rotation said they couldn't do it on one side because the bolts were stripped Wich they should but again I didn't complain much I was in a hurry at that time.
