I called before coming and told Tony my concerns before arriving and he said all my needs will be met. He kept his word & Gavin showed me all that was needed to be updated or replaced. They were professional & knowledgeable about everything. I even had them check out my headlight at last minute and Gavin was very understanding about it. I love the employees at Big o Tire they really take care of there customers
