Great service

Scheduled an appointment online; dropped car off, tech verified all my information and told me approx when service would be complete. I called several hours later to get an update and was told it was ready. I returned and paid by bill (Vet discount, thank you). The techs went over tire and alignment warranty information. I asked the them a few questions which were expertly answered and drove away. Couldn't be more satisfied with service. Only thing I would recommend; I would've liked to have been notified when service completed instead of having to call in to check. Otherwise, very pleased with the service i received.

I had a nail in my tire which became flat. A colleague recommended this store. Jonathan Canales and team were very courteous and helpful and quick. I really appreciate his understanding with my questions and frustration in having to buy a new tire for a new car that I just bought. He explained the issue and even took the time to show me. Don’t try and upsell every body. Then when the party clearly states they are not interested please don’t try and scare someone into believing they need what you are trying too upsell
