Andrew was highly servicial and knowledgeable, he attended my concerns and was prompt in letting me know right away what the issue was and what needed to be done, including suggestions.

We were out-of-towners and we had a bit of a scrape and blew 2 tires. They had out tire size in stock (which Walmart couldn't do for 3 days) and got us in and out in less than 90 minutes, including rotating the tires and fixing the alignment. They helped us salvage our quick weekend away11

Stopped by the local store at bandera and loop 410 was experiencing battery issues had the technician look at it tested bad in about 15 minutes my car was ready to go terminals cleaned battery replaced and anti inhibitor applied to terminals prior to that my folks had gone in with their car experiencing tire monitor issues they recommend replacing the monitors also had tires checked it was determined that they needed replacing tires they did not only on their first car but their second vehicle they were treated honestly respectfully and really good care for their vehicle they even diagnosed issue on first vehicle ac making noise were able to repair that issue even my sister had her car tire monitor issue repaired plus were able to get oil changed and issue with engine light on diagnosed and issue was repaired in a very reasonable amount of time with out having to secdule an appointment or the long wait time 👍excellent job big o tires I switched to big o tires when they were ntb and had excellent service with no issues or hassle and I always recommend big o tires, I do not recommend discount tire had nothing but problems and hassle with their service

The oil change was 39.99 but final price was 57.00 due to 10.00 fee for 6 quart. Bit hi for 1 more quart overall.

Because they seemed somewhat short staffed and 1.5 hrs for a oil change only, (with appointment) seems excessive
