Although I had just came in to to get a tire repaired, unfortunately it could not be done as the tire was too far gone. Due to having an AWD vehicle and by other tires being worn I had to get a full set. The initial inspection was pretty quick and after the gentleman at the desk came out and updated me about having tp replace them. They has a set that would work and it was under the buy 3, get 1 free deal going on. Not what I had planned but the team at Big-O did what they could to help me out.

They explain everything to you. The employees are are very professional and knowledgeable. They complete the work in a timely manner. They make the whole process very easy.

My vehicle needed an alignment. Other shops were busy and by appointment that wouldn't work with my schedule. Big O Tires told me it'd around 45 min wait, when they were ready to do alignment, it was done within 10 mins and received my vehicle driving better than before. Thank you Big O!

Geoff and his team are fantastic! I was unhappy with the style of the original tires I purchased and Geoff was able to secure the tires I wanted extremely quickly and had them installed in quick order. In just the past two months, I have purchased 5 tires for my 5th wheel, 4 tires for my truck and 4 tires for my car and each visit was fantastic. I have since recommended this Big O to neighbors and friends who have also brought business to them.
