Small black marker on DVD case would not be accepted knowing cases are replaceable. Not a problem either wAy.

I purchased a ibanez electric acoustic guitar, and there was no way to check it on store to see if it works. I take the guitar home try to plug it in and does not work. I will be returning the item I question. However this has taken over an hour of my time driving back and forth now. Then your website states the location in Yakima,Wa opens at 11 am on Sunday, I arrive and to my surprise this location opens at 12. So now I have an hour in drive time and an hour waiting for your people to open the store.
