the the store was cluttered, not very well lit and didn't looked like it had been cleaned, dusted or organized for a long time. There were people outside begging for change and I was very nervous. I informed the cashier and he said ok but did not come outside

Gas station outside looked decent enough. Inside it was pretty well organized and clean. The bathroom however was gross. There was blood on the back of the toilet tank (just a drop, but still) a panty liner on the floor behind the toilet and no paper towels. It was one of the more disgusting bathrooms I have visited. As I exited, there was a man smoking s cigarette at the gaming console. Granted, I'm not local, but smoking at a gas station just seems like a terrible idea. I was uncomfortable and left without making an in store purchase.
