The ladies bathroom was disgusting, not maintained. Did not have soap. I had to take off the back of the toilet to flush it because the keys obsolete was completely hanging off. When I told staff their response was irritated and uninterested without a thank you or any acknowledgement. it made me glad that I buy my gas at Shell where they are highly professional.
