Very noisy neighbors and rude

The front desk person is very nice and accommodating but the hotel I really falling apart The bathroom is very old everything leaks or has cracks There are all kind of noises coming from the pipes in the walls The stairs are broken if you take the elevator you think it's an industrial elevator for transportation of construction material the wall and the door are all scratched This hotel needs a serious makeover I forgot to mention the pillows they seem to. W make of pieces of fabric all stuck together into a pillow case. It's sad to see such a ran down place in such a nice location I hope someone takes action Thank you
