Cashier took awhile to finish my transaction. She was on her cell phone and answering the store phone etc.

I went to the 7-11 on the corner of 8th St. & Golder in Odessa, TX and cashier, Pheonix, looked like she was on some type of medication or something. She kept falling asleep at the register while helping customers. It took her a whole minute for her to give me my change because she kept dozing off and would forget what she was doing.
