It was fast and cool

Nice people run this store and it's a great location for me.

Customer service level has plateaued at a level with which I am currently satisfied, albeit at significantly lower level than I originally felt appropriate. However, my expectations have been reset downward and my surveys reflect the customer experience I've chosen to focus mainly on improvement from the baseline and reasonably consistent improvement on a slowly increasing average level of service observed. Restroom plumbing issues seem to have possibly improved marginally but the sewage odor problem remains materially significant still, if any improvement at all.
