The breakfast Buffett is very good

Love Marriott. By far the best hotel chain delivering a consistent product. However I have noticed a hair in the bath room on my last couple of stays at various locations including residence inn and full service Marriotts. That is slipping a bit because I have never noticed this before.

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at! It had everything I was looking for and every staff member i encountered was friendly. I will be rebooking this location every time I stay in Miami. It had amazing staff a clean hotel and best part large rooms!

The elevators were broken.

We were moved here due to bugs in our room. This renovated portion was nicer than the other wing.

Staff were not very friendly.

Actually stayed in the residence inn Miami airport next to the courtyard. I liked the continental breakfast, laundry facilities, gym, and suite we stayed in. Recommend adding a soap dish to the handicap accessible bathroom it was difficult to shower and no place to put the soap bar. Also change the sink its also not very handicap accessible via wheelchair. The sink it to far back in the counter and hard to roll up to in a wheelchair. Even standing I had to lean over the counter to access the basin.

Not like other Courtyard Marriott hotels. No NFL network. Unnecessary parking fees. Unfriendly employees.
