Nice location

Upon check-in we we were told there was a $20 a day incidental that would be added to our credit card. I've not ever had that as an experience at a hotel before. We're staying for three days and upon returning after our first day out the room has been cleaned yet all of our trash was left in the room. We called the front desk and we were advised to just put it out in the hallway? Also the guest services book said that there would be free coffee in the lobby from 7 AM to 10 AM. And there was none I inquired again at the front desk and they told me I had to purchase coffee from the bistro. They were no longer doing the free coffee. So the guest services book is also outdated but still in the rooms. We have one more night to go so I'm curious as to what we will find next.oh and some of the outlets in the room do you not work.
