When I arrived, the front desk clerk was incredibly unfriendly. She did not greet me at all and I had to get her attention to allow me to check in. She then proceeded to complain about how busy the hotel was that weekend. Then, the power went out at the hotel and there was no communication with the guests about why or when it would be back on. The hotel had no backup generator as other hotels in the area did. It was the worst Marriott stay I've had.
