This was BY FAR THE WIRST 7-11 experience I have ever had. I am a loyal 7-11 customer and travel all over the DFW Metroplex both personally and professionally. I have family in the Grapevine area and usually enjoy any business encounter I have there. Today, however, was a very negative exception. The gas pumps were confusing when I tried to pay at the pump so I went inside. I was ignored by the first associate so I stepped over to the next associate who also ignored me so I stepped back over to the first associate who ignored me AGAIN. The second assocIate then said I'll ring you out over her and when I commented that he didn't seem inclined to help me the first time, he launched into some 'change of shift' excuse. I would have accepted that explanation IF they had just acknowledged my presence from the start and asked me to wait just a minute while they 'changed shifts'. Anyway, I work on customer service and I will NEVER EVER stop at THIS 7-11 again.
