Great hotel

The hotel had booked me in a room Different than confirmed online. Upon checking the staff was slow. After addressing the room issue it to almost 30 mins to resolve and only after I called the desk back. Breakfast was a poor selection and tasted awful. Lastly, shuttle service is not user friendly, a guest is not made aware when the shuttle arrives. I was also informed the shuttle would be willing to drop me near rental cars, but the driver refused and only gave vague directions.
