Nice staff

I liked the shuttle service that took us to a casino. Some staff were really nice and I liked the breakfast. However I didn't like that our TV controller had tape on it to hold stuff together. A certain area of the room was not cleaned. And what I disliked the most when we were walking to our room was a very high smell of what seemed to be bleach. It was overbearing

The room was not very clean (food crumbs on the tables, coffee stains that were not wiped clean, dusty, dried food on the coffee table, and the floor was not vacuumed because items were found all over the floor) and the entire hotel smelled like bleach and cleaning chemicals. The staff was nice except for housekeeping who came into room without announcing. I did enjoy the shuttle they offered and the breakfast they had was good as well. The overall stay was ok aside from the clenliness of room. Because the room was not clean I will not recommended thus hotel to my family and friends.
