First interaction, we check in at around 230 and our room is not ready. I asked if we could have the next available room as I have a very important business conference call to hold. I was told there already was a list. We wait. While waiting, we went to the bar to order a drink for my. Asked for sparkling wine/ champagne / Proseco. The bar/ restaurant said they didn't carry any of that. Thought it was a strange answer as I have personally have ordered all three types of wine above at different courtyards. Another employee behind her corrected her and said the have one bottle of brut for $32, we bought it.Get our room, it smells musty. Have trouble getting HVAC to get down to 68. Too many unfulfilled interactions too quickly. Started thinking about my room rate being completely overpriced for the experience and am ticked. Guys, please fix this hotel. You guys aren't paying attention to your customers experience. Thank you.
