It was dirty.. bathrooms were dirty

The visit was okay, the manager on site thought it was funny to crack a joke. His name is Alonzo and he took a token and threw it to the ground to show what I spent meant to your company. I was very offended because why would you do such a thing. He tried to redeem himself by giving me a token bag and coming to apologize but I feel that type how behavior is unacceptable. Though I feel that he was sincere in his apology and tried to make the rest of the experience a worth while one.

The atmosphere was not that great.
