This 711 in redondo along artesia blvd is the worst customer service. I bought a charger for my iPhone 5 last Monday night and when I got home it was not working. Since it is a holiday I was only able to come back today to have it replaced. When I spoke with this branch associate (Indian national) he immediately at a very rude tone that I am just returning the charger because I'm finished using it without asking me the reason for the return or exchange. He assumed that I am just trying to get my money back. When I told him I'm not going to have a refund but an exchange, he then toned down. But this is no excuse for rude and judge mental reaction. I was humiliated for such an accusation. I love 711 because of their snacks, convenience and customer care but this branch needs a wake up call or retraining of the staff. I will still patronize 711 but I will definitely stay away from this branch in redondo along artesia Blvd here in California. I have met so many 711 staff of different nationalities like Hispanic, Asians, Indians and whites but this Indian guy who I think worked nights until this morning was really super dupper rude to the bones. Review your videos, I came to the store between 915 to 10am. I usually don't complain against workers but this kind of person destroys the name of 711 than has been servicing the American public for so many years. Thank you
