Clean hotel near highway and shopping - nothing distinctive just a typical Courtyard Hotel.

I am traveling for business. My company books through a travel agency which gives every authorization that is needed. I have never had a problem previously but this time they were hassling me about a form that they didn't have that my company has never needed previously. It was frustrating and when I was trying to explain this to the lady at the front desk she was rude and got an attitude. It wasn't a pleasant experience this time and I will stay at the other preferred hotel next time
