This is not the first time this has happened at this 711, where the employees/cashier. Try to play stupid! & tell u, you won less on the instant scratch off games, then U actually won, I don't no if they are planning to take the $..?? But I knew exactly what I won! & he tried to cheat me of 10$, Like I said.. This isn't the first time either.. So I will no longer go there for lottery!
