Over priced! Cleanliness was okay but should be upgraded for the amount of room fees. 178.00 weekends . Plastic balcony chairs... Cheap cheap cheap. Nothing great about the stay. Not even the lake front view

My family and I visited a waterpark close to the hotel. We live almost three hours away so we planned on staying in Arkansas for the night. When we arrived to our room (#225) there was a large amount of blood smeared on the door. When getting ready for bed, I discovered dirty linens: there was some dried substance on the flat sheet, and blood stains on the fitted sheet. I had to call the front desk for them to be replaced with clean sheets. Never in my life have I had this problem before. I was completely disgusted. I doubted I'll ever stay in this chain of hotels again.

The hotel was tired and rundown. Our room was dirty including feces on the bathroom wall.
