Cashier at cage not friendly, hotel needs to be renovated

It was an hour wait for the food.

It was a great place to visit. I was satisfied with the service.

Received a smoking room when requesting non smoker.

Restaurant upstairs, food and service was horrible. Casino and restrooms decent but needs upgrading.

Worst stay in Vegas ever. Lost my reservation. Showed email verification and got an attitude from desk clerk and manager. Room smelled like a dead donkey. Casino was full of smoke. Food was cold and tasted awful. Gross. Waitress looked like a old hooker from the strip. No wonder it's downtown and not on the strip.
